    坚持以重点镇引领小城镇协调发展，24个重点镇实现公共财政预算收入35亿元、同比增长20%，
镇区人口和建成区分别达105万人、216平方公里；12个省级示范镇在年度考核中进入全省百强；19个
镇被评为全国重点镇，总数居山东省第一；临沂市村镇建设完成投资170亿元。加快推进农村新型社
区建设，全年新开工社区70个、新建农房9万户；改造农村危房1万户，占全省的1/5；完成了市委确定
的80个社区污水处理设施建设任务，实现“水治污”社区434个、“暖入户”社区133个、“气上楼”
农户20万户；有12个村被评为国家和省级传统村落。
