    建立日常监察和专项监察相结合的工作机制，组织开展煤炭行政执法活动。对工作进展、重要政
策文件落实、煤炭安全指标完成情况等组织专项督查。全年临沂市煤炭办共组织开展季度和专项检查
10次，查出问题260余条，对查出的问题全部按治理责任、措施、资金、期限、应急预案、监控措施
“六落实”要求进行了整改。
