    技改投入不断加大，全市共实施工业技改项目1353个，完成投资880.7亿元，同比增长25.3%。技
改完工项目共796个，其中投资过亿元完工项目215个，过5000万元项目195个。积极争取国家、省技改
专项和扶持资金，帮助企业43个项目列入上级扶持计划，共争取各类专项资金7100万元，创历年最高
水平。落实扶持政策，对当年引进、购置单台100万元以上先进设备的企业，会同市财政认定给予设
备购置款5%的补助，共为92家企业补助3950万元。
