    全年共投入财政资金796万元，新组建20个互助资金协会，对48个协会进行了注资。至年底，试
点工作实现了县区全覆盖， 试点村扩大到738个， 覆盖114个乡镇、 15万农户。资金规模由2007年的
414.5万元，增加到2.3亿元，其中财政资金15122.7万元，农户出资近8000万元。累计为12万余个农户
发放借款7.6亿元，户均增收2400元。
