余处。项目惠及8个贫困县，9个贫困乡镇，11.38万农村人口，3.76万贫困人口。争取2014年度中央专
项彩票公益金项目， 争取到中央财政资金4000万元， 计划硬化生产路155.5公里，建设小型水利设施
