    在推进领导干部任中审计、离任审计的基础上，实行领导干部经济责任任前告知和离任交接制度，
把经济责任审计监督工作贯穿于领导干部任期的全过程，全方位加强领导干部履行经济责任的审计监
督。全市共对406个部门单位主要负责人进行了任期经济责任审计，认定了领导干部应负的经济责任，
促进了领导干部依法行政、廉洁从政。对77名市管领导干部实行了离任交接，提高了审计监督时效和
成效。
