    突出计量工作在服务发展、保障民生中的重要作用，临沂市人民政府印发了贯彻落实《计量发展
规划》的实施意见，完善了量值溯源体系、计量监督体系和诚信计量体系；推进计量服务节能减排，
对25家重点用能单位开展能源计量审查，对63家重点用能企业进行了计量节能培训，强检计量器具配
备率、合格率均超过98%；重视“计量惠民生双二十”工程建设，有280家商场、超市、骨干医院、加
油站成为诚信计量自我承诺单位，完成山东省计划数的112%；临沂市计量检定所年检各类计量器具9
余万台（件），检验定量包装产品482批次。
