    加强对行政行为合法性审查，依法审结涉及城市拆迁、土地征用、治安、交通、工商等行政诉讼
案件1679件，审查执行非诉讼行政案件2703件，既维护了公民、法人和其他组织的合法权益，又监督
支持行政机关依法行政。加强与行政机关良性互动，通过落实行政负责人出庭、召开联席会议、发布
行政审判白皮书、提出司法建议等方式，推动运用法治思维、法治方式管理经济社会事务，促进了法
治政府建设。
