    运用法治思维和宽严相济刑事政策处理案件。全年共对2027名情节轻微、危害不大的犯罪嫌疑人
依法作出不捕不诉决定。落实检调对接、释法说理、轻伤害案件办理、公开听证等制度，促成刑事和
解575起，同比增加35.6%。推行检察宣告制度，有153起公开宣告的不立案、不批捕、不起诉等案件，
无一激化矛盾或越级上访，全部定纷止争。建立涉法涉诉信访事项依法导入、纠错、终结机制，做好
涉检信访排查化解和重要节点信访维稳工作，全市连续6年实现涉检进京零上访。
