    制定了《临沂市人防宣传教育“六进” 工作实施方案》 ，召开全市“六进”工作会议，开展了
“六进”试点建立工作。与市教育局共同确定南坊杏园小学、一小三河口校区、三十五中和临沂大学
为“进学校”示范点，设立人防宣传教育展室，配备人防教材模具。在河东区范于埠社区进行社区试
点，制定相关制度，开设宣传专栏，配备防空防灾器材，发放知识手册。在经济开发区投资500万建
设市青少年示范性综合实践基地人防科普馆。
