团和鸿儒文化集团参加山东民间艺术馆联盟活动。组织民间艺人到全国各地参加民间文艺展演活动，
扩大了临沂市民间文艺的影响力。组织推荐民间文艺工作者参加泰山文艺奖、沂蒙文艺奖的评选，其
中孙保才的剪纸《龙脉》获泰山文艺奖三等奖，6件作品获第三届沂蒙文艺奖。
