    2014年，市委政策研究室围绕市委中心工作，开展调查研究，科学编发市委主办刊物，起草市委
重要文件和领导人讲话等文稿，参与全市大型会议的筹备，多方推进调研成果转化，完成了市委交办
的各项工作任务。全年共协调组织重要调研活动21次，形成重要文稿46篇，在省级以上报刊上发表文
章10篇，省、市委领导批示6篇；编辑市委主办刊物《临沂工作》12期。
