    仅用7 个月的时间， 顺利完成了各项筹建工作任务，并于4 月底正式开工建设。至年底，累计
完成工程投资额约8146.15 万元，完成土建工程总投资额的21.6%。设计印制了科学城宣传手册，建立
了门户网站；  起草了科学城管理机构设置建议方案及专家入驻、企业入孵、技术转移中心管理等12
个管理办法和优惠政策。按照市委、市政府“边建设、边引进” 的要求，着力加强宣传推介工作。
至年底，已与20 家科研机构、高等院校，18 家公共技术平台及25 家企业达成入驻意向。
