    2013 年，市财政局围绕县域经济“三年倍增、五年跨越”和“过四五、双翻番”的奋进目标，
积极应对挑战，奋力拼搏进取，统筹做好促发展、惠民生、推改革、抓管理等工作，圆满完成了各项
目标任务。全市公共财政预算收入达216.1 亿元，比上年增长16.6%，其中地方级税收收入完成184.3亿
元，占公共财政预算收入比重达85.3%；全市公共财政预算支出405.5 亿元， 增长16.2%。
