    2013 年，全市环保系统紧紧围绕全市经济社会发展大局, 突出生态临沂建设主线，环保工作取得
突破性进展。环保3 场攻坚战实施工程168 项，治理污染点源2104 个；全市42 个重点河流断面水质
综合达标率提升到93.8%，同比提高2%。城区主要大气污染物PM10 改善幅度居全省前2 位，优良率改
善幅度居全省第三位，空气质量全省排名前进3 位；龙王河、牛腿沟、恒源热电等污染问题和中介机
构改制、机动车尾气检测、危废处置中心建设等难点问题得到有效破解；节能环保产业取得良好进展。
