    认真贯彻落实中央八项规定和省、市委实施办法，加强公车管理，简化公务接待， 压缩公务开
支，全年全局公务开支减少50%。组建了“12345”市民服务热线中心，将“12345”市民服务热线与行
风热线、信访处理工作整合，建立了行之有效的工作机制。对市民热线群众反映投诉的问题，市房产
和住房保障局做到了件件有回复、事事有着落，解决满意率达95% 以上，在全市的启动仪式上作了典
型发言。
