    推动特色产业提升，促进产业集群发展。经积极推荐、争取，平邑县果蔬罐头产业集群被认定为
第五批省级中小企业产业集群。至年底，全市已有省级产业集群8 个，市级产业集群21 个。对产业
聚集度高、产业特色突出、辐射带动作用大、对区域经济社会发展贡献大的特色产业镇进行了认定和
复核，重新认定了38 个市级特色产业镇。联合《齐鲁晚报》推出“走进山东产业强镇”系列报道，
兰山区义堂镇获得“山东省产业化驱动城镇化十强镇”称号。与《大众日报》联合开展了“山东中小
企业产业集群巡礼” 专题宣传，推动了全市产业集群向高层次发展。
