    7 月23 日，市政府发布《关于加快推进“10+6”产业计划构建现代产业体系的实施意见》，确定
构建现代产业体系，实现跨越式发展，整合全市资源推进化工等10 大传统优势产业，培植新能源等6
大新兴产业。《意见》结合临沂阶段性发展特征和产业发展实际，提出按照园区化、循环化、高端化、
生态化要求，大力发展农药、日用化学品制造工业，提升发展肥料行业，循环发展现代煤化工、油化
工两大新兴行业， 适度发展盐化工行业，优化调整产业布局，培育现代化大型企业，打造千亿级循
环型化工基地。
