    全年争取农机购置补贴资金13010万元，比上年增加900万元。全市补贴资金落实顺利，效益显
著。共补贴各类农机具4.5万台（套），受益农户3.8万户，带动农民直接投入3.5亿元。共落实报废
更新补贴资金643.39万元，共报废各类农机具2264台。改善了现有农业机械的装备水平，提高了农业
机械的作业水平，使强农惠农政策落实有效，农民真正得到实惠。
