    市政府制定了《临沂市全民义务植树管理办法》、《临沂市古树名木保护管理办法》和《关于全
市三年造林绿化的实施意见》，全面推进新一轮3.33万公顷环城林建设、水系绿化、荒山造林、干线
公路绿化、村镇绿化等三年大造林重点工程建设，全年共完成新造林2.31万公顷，新增国家级湿地公
园6处、省级湿地公园1处，平邑县被全国绿化委员会表彰为“全国绿化模范单位”，山东常林集团和
正直驾校被评为全省绿化模范单位。
