    9月24日，2013中国城市森林建设座谈会在江苏省南京市举行。由全国绿化委员会、国家林业局组
织评定的“国家森林城市”在座谈会上揭晓，临沂市获得“国家森林城市”称号，成为继威海市之后，
全省第二个“国家森林城市”。市委副书记、市长陈先运出席座谈会并代表临沂市领奖。市委常委、
副市长尹长友在会议上作了题为《生态发展，绿色增长》的主题演讲。
