    按照国家和省的要求，始终把贫困劳动力培训转移工作作为工作重心，认真总结工作经验，完善
培训体系，创新培训模式，充实培训内容，增强农民培训的针对性、专业性和有效性，加大资金投入，
提高农村贫困劳动力培训转移能力，做到培训转移1人脱贫致富1家。2013年，临沂市在沂南县、费县、
苍山县实施“雨露计划”，共投入资金70万元，培训转移贫困青壮年劳动力1716人，选送20名实验班
员，使劳动力培训转移户当年实现脱贫。
