    依法审结涉及中石化、腾讯等知名企业的知识产权纠纷485件，有力制裁了假冒商标、恶意抢注、
搭车模仿等侵权行为，保护了创新成果，促进了品牌经济发展。法院推荐的鲁南制药、金正大、临工
集团、宏艺科技4家企业， 被列入全省法院知识产权重点保护企业名录，促进了企业自主创新和转型
升级。通过开展“4·26”法制宣传、公布十大典型案例等方式，增强了企业的知识产权保护意识，
营造了自主创新的法治环境。
