    修订完善《支队党委会议事决策规则》，党委依法、科学、民主决策能力明显增强。以开展“学
习贯彻党章、弘扬优良作风”教育活动为契机，以纠“四风”、治“五超”为切入点，研究制定党委
机关加强和改进作风建设的措施和规定，坚持党委集体当家理财制度，建立健全大项经费开支、大宗
物资采购等监督机制。公平公正开展干部晋升、入党考学、选晋士官等工作。
