    全市各级建立健全了基层矛盾纠纷排查化解制度，构建了纵到底、横到边的工作网络。坚持不间
断进行日常排查，定期逐级汇总，定期分析研判，逐案建立档案台账，逐案落实工作责任，多措并举，
综合施策，随时就地化解矛盾纠纷，把问题解决在萌芽状态。全市开展深化基层矛盾纠纷集中排查化
解活动，排查矛盾纠纷1755 件，调处化解1601 件，调处成功率达91.2%。一些县区诉求中心平台建设、
部门领导联合接访等有效做法得到巩固发展。
