    投资2.2亿元新建、扩建山建路、延安路、合肥路等21条道路；新建、改造电网线路60公里；新增
绿化面积100万平方米， 累计1200万平方米；积极推进环卫“区、街、村” 一体化管理，新敷设各类
市政管网80公里，“七通一平”更加完备。市南外环建成通车，东接长深的沭河大桥、西接罗庄的临
工大桥及市东外环、交通运输综合枢纽全面推进；城市管理责任区考核连续3年居全市第一位。
