    2013 年，根据《临沂市人民政府关于将罗庄区盛庄街道部分村划归临沂高新技术产业开发区管
理的批复》（临政字〔2013〕125 号）， 以龙头沟为界，将罗庄区盛庄街道东石埠村、孙家岑石村、
张家岑石村、蜈蚣三忌村、郭家岑石村5 个村龙头沟以西的村居、学校、土地等一并划归高新区管理。
区划调整后，高新区总规划面积192 平方公里，实际控制面积166 平方公里， 下辖马厂湖、罗西两个
乡镇（街道）、43 个行政村（社区），总人口16.8 万人。
