    2012 年，全市国资系统以学习宣传和贯彻落实《山东省企业国有资产监督管理条例》， 推进经
营性国有资产集中统一监管为主线，完善国有资产监管体制机制，做好国资基础管理工作， 开展了
国有资本运营， 国资监管和国有企业改革发展取得明显成效。至年底，全市国有企业资产总额394.15
亿元， 所有者权益135.92 亿元。其中， 市管企业资产总额达156.50 亿元，同比增加18.8 亿元，增幅
13.7%；实现营业收入17.3 亿元，增长16.1%；利税1.9 亿元，增长55.68%；所有者权益总额72.31 亿元，
增加4.44 亿元，增幅6.56%； 国有资本保值增值率达103.5%，完成了年初目标任务。
