    发挥审查批捕、起诉职能，积极参加打黑除恶等专项斗争，严厉打击严重影响社会稳定和人民群
众安全感的犯罪活动。全年共批捕刑事犯罪嫌疑人5461 人、起诉9945 人，其中批捕故意杀人、绑架
等严重暴力犯罪1088 人、 起诉1620 人，批捕抢劫、抢夺、盗窃等多发性侵财犯罪1468 人、起诉2321
人，批捕涉枪涉爆犯罪61 人、起诉90 人。对一些社会关注度高的重大敏感案件，检察机关与公安、
法院等部门密切配合，查清事实，依法妥善处理， 惩治了犯罪，收到了良好社会效果。
