    围绕文化建设、城市建设、新农村建设、旅游经济、党的十八大等， 组织开展了“红色文化建
设”专家调研、崇高精神研究调研和学习十八大精神座谈等研讨活动。结合全市发展实际，与有关部
门联合制定了《临沂市2012 年社会科学研究课题指南》；开展了课题立项申报工作，确定600 项课题
为全市2012 年度立项课题；组织开展了2012 年度立项课题的结题鉴定，共结题460 项。
