    发挥市级大厅联审联批、代办服务作用，推动市县乡行政服务机构三级联动， 实行市县审批服
务“直通车”，推进上门服务、现场办公，构建审批服务绿色通道。2012 年，市行政服务大厅管理
办公室组织现场办公、服务企业271 家，代办审批事项301 项，涉及投资额100 余亿元，到重点镇开
展审批权下放培训12 场次， 培训工作人员500 余人次。
