    基层组织建设进一步加强。全区共调整村支部书记20 名，调整充实村支部委员53 名，向53 个薄
弱基层党组织选派了“第一书记”； 加强了非公经济组织党组织建设，全区党组织覆盖率达94.5%，
选派了57 名指导员到企业指导党建工作；规范发展党员程序，解决了12 个村长期不发展党员的问题。
党风廉政建设更加深入。加强任期内审计监督，对负有经济责任的29 名领导干部进行了任中经济责
任审计；开展了农村“三资” 清理工作，共清理核实货币资金1559 万元，固定资产9217 万元，资源
54 万元。
