    化工行业技术改造取得重大进展。4 月25 日，山东阳煤恒通化工公司离子膜烧碱二期工程顺利
开工，标志着该公司40 万吨/ 年离子膜烧碱工程全面建成，成为临沂化工行业转方式、调结构、跨越
发展的一个典型。 山东舜天化工集团顺利完成了氨醇联产扩能改造，形成了年产20 万吨合成氨和40
万吨碳铵生产能力，合成氨规模进入全国100 强，碳铵产能进入全国前十位、山东省第一位，吨氨综
合能耗连续9 年全省同行业最低，5 万吨三聚氰胺建成，进入中国三胺产能前三强。
