    围绕财税体制改革、完善公共财政体系的目标，共审计175 个一级预算执行部门， 并对税收征
管、非税收入等6 个项目进行专项审计调查，增加财政收入4.9 亿元，为政府加强预算管理、人大监
督预算执行和审批财政预决算提供了客观依据；对78 个县区、乡镇财政决算的审计， 促进了财政收
支结构的优化，提升了财政管理水平。全市共审计1111 个项目单位，促进增收节支14.3 亿元。
