    按照《全市政务服务窗口工作考核办法》、《县区政务服务窗口工作考核标准》， 实施了千分
制考核，将县区政务服务工作纳入科学发展考核之中。继续对窗口工作实施月度考核， 与市社情民
意调查中心合作开展第三方评议，将回访对象的评价量化赋分，纳入窗口工作综合考核。建立社会监
督员队伍，聘请人大代表、政协委员、有关部门和企业界人士担任政务服务社会监督员，对政务服务
工作进行监督评议。组建了大厅妇委会和团支部，组织开展党性教育、专题报告会、拓展活动、书画
摄影比赛、文娱演出等活动。
