    市政府办公室转发了市监察局、市政务大厅起草的《关于加强全市乡镇便民服务中心标准化建设
的意见》和《县区政务服务窗口工作考核标准》，对乡镇便民服务中心的标准化建设、规范化运行、
科学化管理作出了要求。市、县大厅配合市、县纪委监察局，通过领导班子成员分包县区、召开现场
会、经验交流、调度督导等措施，对建设工作进行了推动。全市157 个乡镇全部建立了便民服务中心，
同时将便民服务点向有条件的社区、村居延伸，贴近群众开展服务。
