    2012 年，市委政策研究室围绕市委中心工作，广泛开展调查研究，科学编发市委主办刊物，认
真起草市委重要文件和领导人讲话等文稿，积极参与全市大型会议的筹备，多方推进调研成果转化，
较好地完成了市委交办的各项工作任务。全年共协调组织重要调研活动26 次，形成重要文稿40 余篇；
在省级以上报刊上发表文章12 篇；编辑市委主办刊物《临沂工作》12 期。
