    2011年，市财政局以组织收入为核心，落实财税联席会议制度，加强调度分析，严格依法征管，
促进了收入及时足额入库。全市公共财政预算收入141.3亿元，比上年增长22.3%，其中地方级税收收
入106.1亿元，增长20.6%，占公共财政预算收入的75.1%，总量和税收比重均居全省第七位。加强对上
沟通汇报， 全年共争取上级转移支付和各类财政资金159.7亿元，增长48.1%，超过公共财政预算收入
18.4亿元。
