    大力推进绿地抗旱保苗工作，动用浇灌设备400余台，打井20眼、顶管38处，参加抗旱人员1500多
人。成立了5个督导小组，及时对各县区城市园林绿化抗旱保苗工作进行督导检查。严格落实防汛责
任制，加大工程隐患排查力度，落实了防汛抢险物料储备，修订和完善了洪水调度方案，成立了三线
防汛队伍和两支应急队伍，完成了小埠东橡胶坝上游截渗及更换坝袋工程前期准备工作。
