能、改革创新为主线，开拓创新、积极作为，房产和住房保障事业实现了又好又快发展，为促进全市
经济社会发展做出了积极贡献。市房产和住房保障局先后获“第六次全国人口普查先进集体”、“全
国城市公共文明指数测评工作先进集体”、“全市人口和计划生育工作先进单位”、“群众信访工作
先进单位”、“选派市直机关干部帮扶工业重点项目建设工作先进单位”等称号。
