    全市城镇化水平达49.6%，城镇人口达500万人，城镇建成区面积达到712平方公里；中心城区建成
区人口和面积分别达到172万人、173平方公里。对临沂小城镇、生态城镇建设、县域经济、中心村建
设、“三上”工程、生态文明乡村建设等进行了认真总结，进一步丰富了新型城镇化的内涵。成功举
办了“城市综合体发展与创新”高峰论坛，获“中国十大生态宜居城市”称号。
