    在市县两级成立了事业单位考核委员会，与市人民银行、质监等部门加强协调、联合执法，严肃
查处无证经营、超职责范围经营、“双重法人”等行为。制定下发了《临沂市基层医疗卫生机构考核
办法》（试行），积极开展基层医疗卫生机构的绩效考核工作。加强了对机关事业单位网上名称的规
范和管理。完成了2010年度事业单位年检工作，全市2031个事业单位法人参加了年检，合格率为99.7%。
