    开展“效能服务提升年”、“四比四看”活动，提高了办事效率和服务水平。完善了县区粮食工
作考核办法，主要业务考核指标和评价体系更加合理实用。完成了市粮食行业协会的换届选举工作，
增强了协会的组织、协调、服务能力。落实党风廉政建设责任制，执行《党员领导干部廉洁从政若干
准则》等廉政规定。开展政风行风评议和“阳光政务热线”活动，采取多种形式接受社会各界和群众
评议监督。
