    按照省办“关于中小企业主管部门工作下移到乡镇”的要求和市委、市政府领导关于加快镇域经
济发展的指示精神，在费县召开了全市促进镇域经济发展现场会，研究部署全市促进镇域经济发展的
工作措施。以市政府文件印发了《关于促进镇域经济和特色产业发展的意见》。开展了特色产业镇认
定工作，认定沂水县沂水镇等20个乡镇为临沂市第二批特色产业镇。市财政出资100万元帮助9个乡镇
建设中小企业公共服务中心。
