    贯彻调解优先、调判结合的原则，加强对人身权、财产权的保护。共审判各类民事纠纷33484件，
标的额10.8亿元。审判土地承包等纠纷5943件，维护了农村土地承包关系的稳定性；审判民间借贷纠
纷9041件， 标的额5.7亿元， 规范了民间融资秩序； 审判商品房销售、劳动争议、工伤、医患等纠纷
12957件，保障了群众安居乐业。对涉及农民工、下岗职工、残疾人员及妇女、儿童、老人的案件，实
行立案、审判、执行“三优先”，让弱势群体享受改革发展的成果。
