    推行行政审批集中收费工作。按照“降低标准、刚性收费、统一政策”的原则，在大厅行政审批
电子运行系统内固化收费项目和流程，明确收费标准，减少弹性空间，实现应收尽收、公开公正，加
快了审批流程的运转速度。6月份正式实施，将13个部门、单位的31个收费项目纳入大厅实施集中收费，
全年实现集中收费1.03亿元。
