    根据《山东省人民政府关于同意临沂市罗庄区调整城区行政区划的批复》，5月11日，撤销了罗
庄、傅庄、盛庄三镇建制，设立罗庄、傅庄、盛庄、双月湖、汤庄五个办事处，将罗庄区51%的土地
和61%的人口纳入了城市管理建制，进一步拓展了城市发展空间。
