    深化技工教育改革，对技校招生的报名、建档录取办法、考试时间和科目以及学制年限进行了调
整。全市技校当年招生3249人，超额完成计划；办理技校毕业生验印发证6243人，毕业生就业率在80
％以上。 加强企业职工培训和下岗职工培训工作， 全市培训企业在职职工10万人次，培训下岗职工
8300人、失业人员1500人。认真贯彻实施就业准入控制制度和持证上岗制度，加强职业技能鉴定工作，
并扩大了鉴定范围，全市当年鉴定15 859人。建立了秘书、推销员资格培训基地，组织参加了全国统
一考试，参考人数329人。
