    市教委托幼儿办公室聘请了华东师范大学教授周念美和市教委副主任卢立海举办了幼儿园素质教
育专题讲座，有200多名幼儿园园长和骨干教师参加了学习。开展了“幼儿良好行为习惯养成”研究
工作，全市有42处幼儿园参加了这项研究工作。组织全市幼儿家庭知识竞赛活动，近2万名家长参加
了竞赛，丰富了家长的育儿知识。
