    2000年，全市各级国税部门以组织收入为中心，以征管改革为重点，以规范化管理为主线，以干
部人事制度改革为动力，强化依法治税，推进科技兴税，圆满完成全年各项工作任务。全市国税系统
累计完成税收收入164137万元， 比上年实际完成数增长9.82%， 增收14682万元。 其中“两税”收入
148950万元，比上年实际完成数增长2.54%，增收3686万元，有力地支持了全市财政平衡与经济发展。
